Can a NetBook with an Intel Atom 2GHz Single Core + GMA950 400MHz do Nintendo DS Emlulation?

Any ideas?

Overclocking the CPU from 1.66 -> 2.00GHz (with HyperThreading); GMA950 from 150MHz -> 400MHz

It's definitely powerful to do Nintendo DS Emulation, even without any sort of overclocking. Mobile handhelds like the DS are very weak and use very little processing power. We're talking under 100MHz here.
