Should I repair my Nintendo myself with the correct parts or pay someone to do it ?

I've broken the touch screen on my DS Lite and I don't know whether to buy a replacement and fix it in myself which I've heard is really easy. Or to pay for someone whoknows what they are doing to fix it for me. What are your ideas ?

i think you should pay someone to fix it unless you know what you are doing. Because if you try to fix it and you don't know how to there is a high chance that you could cause more issues and break more which will cause the guy who you eventually ask to fix it to spend more time on it and charge you more.

But by all means if you have all the correct materials to fix and the know how then it will probably be cheaper for you to fix it yourself
