can I plug my american nintendo 64 in kuwait? or will it get fried?

ok i moved here and the voltages for the plugs are 240 (double of the states) but i i can plug my american computer and my cell phone in here because they are made to take either 120-240 volts.... idk if my good old n64 from 1997 can do that

Nope. I tried it and I was lucky that only that adapter that plugs in the back got fried... Sometimes the whole device will burn out. It happens really fast so don't try it. You can buy a convertor (transformer) so that's good but I don't know how much they'd be there, you might want to get one from the US.
