how can I convince my dad to buy a game for me?
I really want the new super mario bros. for the wii it comes out tomorrow and i cant wait but I asked my dad and he says that i will have to wait until christmas! that will be super hard for me because this is like one of the best games of the year! i read the nintendo power magazine article on it about 2000 times and I am super exited about the return of the koopalings! i have been on the site, too and reads THAT about 2000 times, so.... any help? I really need it!
Here are a few tips.
1. Do a few chores around the house, after like a week, ask him if you can have it because of all the work you did.
2. Say "I won't ask for this in a long time!"
3. Show him your grades.
4. Go to switchgames.com and then trade a game you don't play any more for the game you want.
5. Do the surveys on prizerebel.com and earn enough points to buy it. (Though, not recommended.)
6. Ask your mom or another relative.
7. Borrow money from friends.
8. Go find loose change everywhere you can.
9. Find all the money you currently have.
10. Get a job around the neighborhood. (Like lawn mowing)
11. If all else fails, just constantly ask him and show him how well behaved you've been.
