Need help with Nintendo DS?

In a few weeks I would go to China, I decided to buy a Nintendo DS. I have curiosity there would be no problem. If I use it in North America? Like wise recharge, and games as well. This can also be a stupid question but that China bought Nintendo DS is an all-in-words in Chinese? Like all options would be for all the Chinese characters? Thanks in advance

They're right, no games therefore regional block Chinese play games well on your DS. However, it will still be in Chinese. I think you can change the language from the main menu however in all versions of the DS.
